* What You’ll Do:

** Act as working leader with understanding of full production responsibilities within the press room.  The Press Room Leader is responsible for ensuring that Safety, Quality, Delivery and production Efficiencies meet the standards and expectation of internal and external customers.
** When and Where:
** This will be a
** 2nd Shift / 2:30PM to 11:00PM*
* ** M-F
** position located at our
** Plant in Richmond, KY**.
** What You Need to Have:
*** High school diploma or equivalent (required).
* Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal workplace instructions.
* Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day, including Saturday and Sunday.
* Understanding of the press room production department
* Minimum 5 years press manufacturing experience
* Minimum 3 years’ press operating experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Able to stand for 8-10 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* One year of experience working at Challenge Manufacturing or one-year leadership experience (preferred).
* Machine operation and/or material handling equipment experience (preferred).
