ENGEL Machinery Inc., a global leader in plastic injection molding, automation, and robotics, is hiring 2 Plastic Injection Molding Processing Apprentices to join its nationally recognized apprenticeship program.
This paid training program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in plastics manufacturing and injection molding processing. You'll receive hands-on training from industry experts while learning how to optimize production, troubleshoot molding processes, and operate some of the most advanced injection molding technology in the world.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll transition into a full-time Processing Technician role with excellent opportunities for career growth.

What You'll Learn- Injection molding machine setup and operation

- Learn to set up and process plastic injection molding machines
- Assist with mold changes and production startups
- Monitor machine performance and product quality

- Work alongside experienced Processing Technicians
- Complete structured classroom and hands-on technical training
- Develop expertise with world-class ENGEL injection molding equipment
- Help improve efficiency, quality, and production performance
We're interested in candidates who are:
- Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work
- Trade school graduates or individuals with manufacturing, machine operation, industrial maintenance, plastics, automotive, or other technical experience
- Curious, dependable, and eager to learn new technical skills
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Interested in building a long-term career in plastics processing and advanced manufacturing
- Scheduled pay increases every six months during the apprenticeship
