Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will load component parts into automated cells using PLEX, record production, and pack per instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, the ability to read instructions, and reliable teamwork. You may lift up to 30 pounds, and assist with audits and continuous improvement efforts.
