Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY is seeking an Assembly & Stamping Production Supervisor to lead frontline operations. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery and efficiencies, coach and train team members, certify workstation progression, and ensure on-time customer delivery while maintaining a safe, efficient work zone.
This 1st shift (6am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri) position requires 3+ years supervisory experience, high school diploma, and automotive manufacturing familiarity.
