** Job Description
**** PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Schedule orders for plant production via Oracle Software.
* Plan transportation route to set locations based on geographic efficiencies.
* Contact carriers to ship finished product.
* Release orders to ship by working with production to verify schedules can be accomplished with current resources.
* Ensure accurate bills of lading have been created.
* Liaise with customer care to ensure all special orders and expedite orders are scheduled.
** ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

*** High School diploma or GED.
* Previous traffic and/or shipping work experience.
* Strong basic math skills.
* Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated successful ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
* Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines.
* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
* Demonstrated successful ability to perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers.
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
** PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

*** 3-5 years transportation related experience.
* Previous Cabinet works Group manufacturing, delivery and service system exposure.
* Prior ERP experience (Oracle, JDE, AS400).#
