Immediate Needs on 2nd & 3rd Shift!!!!

The Molder Operator plays a critical role in manufacturing by operating molding machines and ensuring the production of high-quality molded products. Working primarily on the night shift, this position involves close collaboration within a medium-sized team and reporting to the Production Supervisor. The operator is responsible for maintaining safety standards, inspecting product quality, troubleshooting issues, and supporting equipment maintenance efforts.

• Operate molding machines to produce quality parts
• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Assist maintenance team with routine upkeep

• 3+ years experience in manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of machine operation and quality control
• Familiarity with safety procedures
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
