Maintenance Manager TB

• Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations across the facility
• Provide senior-level leadership to the maintenance department and direct maintenance planning initiatives
• Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
• Establish and track advanced maintenance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Address unplanned downtime and strategically plan maintenance outages to minimize production disruption
• Maintain and manage capital expenditure (capex) projects from inception through completion
• Monitor the condition of all corporate facilities, grounds, and equipment through regular inspections

• Hands-on experience with multi-craft maintenance disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulics
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong background in maintenance management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
