Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Follow establishedwork instructions and company procedures to ensure safe,quality production.
Understand andset up tool registers,mills,lathes,drills,Bridgeport, switches,offsets,andCNCprogramediting.computerized equipment for defined runs.
Responsible for routine machinery maintenance and running visual tests on broken or worn parts while keeping inventory of machine replacement parts.
Ability toutilizecalipers, gauges,indicators, micrometers, and other hand tools related to the occupation.
Intermediate ability to read blueprints anddeterminecritical values.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Cross-traintoonother equipment as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
Certificatein machine shop technology or technology/machinist
1-2 years of experience preferred,or combination of internship and schoolingmay be considered.
A recognizedapprenticeship may be required.
Skills and Abilities
Strong analytical,communication and computer skills.
Strong understanding of mathematics
Strong communicator and team player
Ability to work independently andwithahighattention to detail.
