Youth for Christ USA is seeking a Multi-Ministry Site Leader to shepherd high school and middle school ministry across multiple sites. You will coach adult volunteers, build relationships with teens, and model Christ-centered leadership to multiply personal faith and church involvement.
You will participate in regular staff and ministry area meetings, lead club activities, and help fundraise to sustain ministry sites while growing teams and training new leaders through YFC cohorts and retreats.
