Looking for flexible nursing hours without sacrificing purpose?
Spring Arbor Richmond is seeking a PRN Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) to support our residents with compassionate, high-quality clinical care during day shift hours
.

This is a great opportunity for nurses who want flexibility, balance, and meaningful work in a supportive senior living environment.

PRN (As Needed)

Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations

Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes

Complete accurate documentation and medication administration records

Support resident care plans in collaboration with the care and leadership teams

Provide clinical guidance to Resident Assistants and care staff

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Build trusting relationships with residents and families

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must be 18 years or older

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
