Starting Pay: $28.00 per hour

Full‑time, PM Shift.

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident health and wellness
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and team members
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning
• Support caregivers and medication technicians
• Ensure compliance with community policies and state regulations
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life

• Active Kentucky LPN or RN license required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Senior Living experience preferred but not required
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families
• Commitment to exceptional resident care

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
• CPR/AED certified
• At least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting
• Positive Criminal Background Screening
• Drug‑free workplace adherence
• Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus

• Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non‑licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents’ needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL.
• Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
• Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
• Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
• Other job duties as assigned.
