LPN / RN (Evening Shift) | Full-TimeStarting Pay: $28.00 per hour

- Administer medications and treatments

- Active Kentucky LPN or RN license required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

- Senior Living experience preferred but not required

- Minimum 18 years of age
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the state licensing agency
- CPR/AED certified
- At least one (1) year of experience working as an LPN in a senior care setting
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
- Drug‑free workplace adherence
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus
- Provide daily supervision and leadership to assigned non‑licensed associates and other designated personnel in meeting the residents’ needs and monitor the condition of residents in AL.
- Make work assignments and meet with associates regularly to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or the improvement of care and services.
- Provide resident care according to health care providers orders and in accordance with regulatory requirements, recognized nursing practice, established standards, and Company policy.
- Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of resident care, respond to changes in resident condition, medications or other circumstances requiring special care needs and perform first aid as required.
- Other job duties as assigned.
