Richwood Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced RN to supervise the nursing staff and oversee daily activities in our skilled nursing facility. The PRN role involves supervising nursing duties, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with DON/ADON to maintain high-quality resident care.
Ideal candidates have an active RN license, rehab nursing training, and leadership experience in long-term care. PCC knowledge is preferred, and there is a 401(k) plan with company match and EAP.
