Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day operations and supervision of staff, including annual assessments, coaching, and disciplinary responsibilities.
• Assist in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider.
• Coordinate staffing in the clinical area.
• Maintain inventory of all clinical supplies.

• Current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AAMP, NAHP or
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program with current Kentucky or Indiana LPN Licensure according to the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program with current Kentucky or Indiana RN Licensure according to the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support via the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct patient interaction Work Experience Education.
