Registered Nurse (RN)

• Implement a resident care plan
• Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary
• Consult with and validate data
• Record pertinent information in the patient record
• Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments
• Communicate residents' care needs to others involved in care
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development
• Perform other duties as assigned by the director of nursing
