RN​/LPN PDN NURSE Needed with G-Tube Experience

IN NEED OF A NURSE FOR 24 HOURS PER WEEK 3RD SHIFT 5PM - 5AM WITH G-TUBE EXPERIENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF COLUMBUS.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Professional Nurse in home health care setting
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use sensory and cognitive functions to process and prioritize information, treatment, and follow-up
• Ability to independently seek out resources and work collaboratively
• Ability to work with a variety of groups; multidisciplinary teams, managers, and staff
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment over 50 pounds

• Adhering to the scope of practice as set forth by the State Board of Nursing
• Preserving the dignity and self-respect of patients
• Practicing patient privacy and confidentiality
• Administering prescribed medication within the state scope of practice
• Collaborating with other health care providers and provide education to patients and/or significant others
• Documenting and reporting care received, changes, observations and other data related to the clinical condition of the patient to the RN Clinical Manager
• Performing other duties as requested
