Registered Nurse in a Critical Care Step Down Unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations including those with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis.

Utilize skills such as EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies). Ensure patient safety through adherence to protocols, and collaborate with team members including PCNAs, interns, providers, PT, and OT. Employ critical thinking, delegation, and time management to deliver effective care in a 14-bed unit equipped with advanced technology like telemetry monitoring and virtual communication tools.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Ohio RN licensure. Certifications required include BLS (within 90 days) and ACLS (within 6 months). PRN applicants need at least one year of relevant RN experience and all certifications ferred qualifications include a BSN and professional certification recognized by the Magnet designation.
