Quality Supervisor

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor that enjoys working in a progressive, team‑based environment and is committed to making a positive impact.

• Identify and lead projects in the facility to implement corrective actions that are sustainable to resolve process defects and customer quality issues.
• Seek out areas to improve quality and function in facilities.
• Track daily KPI metrics for first pass yield, top defects, and report to management.
• Train employees on quality issues and defects.
• Maintain ISO compliant work instructions, administrative guidelines, and work aids.
• Participate in ISO audits.
• Identify defect issues and implement training in the facility to improve quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality or related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in engineering or quality is preferred.
• Experience with and understanding of corrective action tools such as CAR’s, A3’s, or 8D’s is preferred.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google, manufacturing EPR systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and effectively write and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to perform basic and complex analysis.
