Quality Manager – CI

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead the quality strategy for a local organizational unit.
• Drive the local quality system through prevention, continuous improvement, and robust root cause analysis.
• Coordinate the efforts of local functions that impact the quality results.
• Achieve and exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable operations.
• Ensure necessary certification requirements are met throughout the organization.
• Establish closed-loop feedback from product development to customer experience.
• Resolve cases with root cause analysis and promote zero-defect vision.
• Execute compliance and improvement programs through audits, data analytics, and preventive actions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline like engineering or quality management.
• 5+ years of working experience within quality or operations.
• Proven experience in process management and quality assurance roles in a global Engineering environment (working with manufacturing companies is preferred).
• Knowledge of quality management standards e.g. ISO
  9001.
• Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills, results-oriented, speed in execution, openness and listening to others.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
