You will be responsible for working to execute quality, food safety, and regulatory programs within Mondelez and across their manufacturing, packing, and warehousing partners.

• Responsible for managing day to day Quality strategy execution in partnership with NA Ventures Manufacturers and Repackers
• Communicate and manage North America Ventures Manufacturing Quality scorecards and achievement of goals
• Implement Quality initiatives at North America Ventures Manufacturing locations
• Partner with Supply Chain lead to ensure seamless communication
• Partner with Corporate Quality commercialization lead and R&D to ensure successful hand-off during new product launches
• Understand drivers of consumer preference for all products and ensure the Critical To Quality (CTQ) and Critical To Process (CTP) parameters are communicated and managed according to our Manufacturing Standards process.
• Consumer Inspired Quality
• Ensures products are manufactured according to our specifications to meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate IL6S and the Manufacturing Standards journey at North America Venture Manufacturing Locations
• Support execution of Consumer Inspired Quality at North America Venture Manufacturing and Repacking locations, including CTPs and CTQs

Manageandverify Quality Control Management Systems (QCMS). Auditmanufacturingcontrolplansfornewproductsandprocesses.

Drivecontinuousimprovementintheareasof Quality Assurance and Food Safety  bysettinggoalsandidentifyingkeyperformanceindicatorsinthisareaofthe business
