Retail Sales Team Lead

Baum's Boots is looking for a motivated Sales Team Lead to help lead our Richmond, Kentucky store.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. You'll begin by leading the sales floor, coaching team members, and helping drive the day-to-day success of the store. As you demonstrate leadership and deliver results, you'll have the opportunity to grow into the Store Manager role.

• Lead and motivate the sales team each day
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Passion for helping customers and developing people
• Organized and dependable
• Ready to take on increasing responsibility
