As a Visual Merchandiser at Hudson, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic appeal and brand representation within our retail spaces. With store responsibility, your focus will be on ensuring timely, proper, and on‑brand execution of visual merchandising (VM) guidelines in your store.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Take ownership of their assigned store for visual merchandising execution.
• Ensure timely, proper, and on‑brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across your stores.
• Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive representation of the brand across all visual merchandising elements.
• Align store layouts with brand aesthetics to create a compelling shopping experience.
• Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand performance

• Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training and developing store visual merchandising teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Fluency in Greek and English language
