  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, retailers, and business opportunities across the US that align with the company's products and services.
  • Support the sales team/managers in lead generation, prospecting activities, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding customer and supplier portals while Sales Coordinator
  • Draft and manage professional email communications with prospective and existing customers to support sales and account management activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and account records within the ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and other supporting materials for the sales team. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
  • Assist in handling incoming sales inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support order processing activities and coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and account performance summaries for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business growth and evolving operational needs.
