We are looking for a competitive, clinically minded sales professional to join our Cancer Care team. This is a high-growth opportunity to enter the specialized oncology space, managing relationships with major hospital systems, community oncologists, and care teams.
About the RoleThis role involves driving growth, educating healthcare providers, navigating complex accounts, collaborating with internal specialists, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of evolving cancer care guidelines and competitive products.
Responsibilities- Drive Growth:
Execute a strategic business plan to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals. - Educate:
Present complex clinical data and treatment pathways to healthcare providers to drive product adoption. - Navigate Complex Accounts:
Manage the nuances of hospital formularies, GPOs, and buy-and-bill pharmacy models. - Collaborate:
Work alongside internal specialists (MSLs, Nurse Educators) to ensure seamless patient and practice support. - Stay Sharp:
Maintain expert-level knowledge of evolving cancer care guidelines and competitive products.
- Experience:
2–3 years of successful outside sales (Medical/Pharma/B2B preferred) or a clinical background in oncology. - Proven Results: A track record of hitting quotas and the ability to demonstrate your success (e.g., "brag book").
- Aptitude: A Bachelor’s degree and the ability to digest and communicate complex scientific concepts.
- Local Insight:
Familiarity with Ohio’s healthcare landscape is a major plus. - Reliability:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory daily.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex scientific information.
- Experience in oncology or related fields.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes in Ohio.
Total Target Pay: $150,000 (Base salary + lucrative, uncapped quarterly commissions).
