Role

Early Intervention Account Manager (EIAM) responsible for promoting and selling Zilretta within orthopedic, sports medicine, and primary care settings.

exceed territory sales targets by effectively positioning Zilretta's pharmacological and technical benefits, ensuring adoption among healthcare providers.

• identify target markets
• build relationships with physicians and practice staff
• educate on reimbursement strategies
• develop account and value proposition strategies
• utilize CRM for planning and data analysis
• collaborate with regional leadership

• Bachelor's degree required
• minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in orthopedics or related fields
• strong communication, presentation, and account management skills
• proficiency with CRM and MS Office
• ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) and work in healthcare settings

• focus on musculoskeletal pain management, with emphasis on orthopedic and sports medicine practices
• territory management with frequent travel
• engaging diverse healthcare professionals including surgeons, physicians, and practice staff
• experience in practice dynamics, reimbursement, and specialty pharma preferred
