Primary Purpose
Responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient transfer of wastewater from onsite storage to DOT-approved tanker trucks, supporting data center operations and maintaining environmental and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities Wastewater Transfer & Equipment Operation- Connect hoses, pumps, and transfer systems to load wastewater into tanker trucks
- Monitor flow rates, tank levels, and capacities to prevent overfills
- Perform line clearing and equipment shutdown procedures
- Inspect and maintain pumps, hoses, fittings, and containment systems
- Collect wastewater samples per site and disposal requirements
- Complete load tickets, manifests, and chain-of-custody records
- Accurately track volumes, waste types, and transport details
- Coordinate truck staging, loading schedules, and site flow
- Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and site teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct site inspections and support waste consolidation and disposal
- Coordinate with TSDFs on waste profiles, sampling, and scheduling
- Prepare hazardous/non-hazardous waste shipments and maintain inventory records
- Ensure compliance with all RCRA, DOT, EPA, and company safety standards
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (science background preferred)
- Hands‑on knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification (required)
- Ability to obtain CDL and additional certifications (e.g., CHMM)
- Strong safety focus and adherence to PPE requirements
- Outdoor/field‑based role at customer sites
- Requires use of PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel‑toe boots, etc.)
