Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Landscape Installation Crew Member to assist in the installation of custom residential and commercial landscape designs. This role involves hands‑on outdoor work, including hardscape construction, planting, grading, and general site preparation. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well as part of a team, and enjoys creating high-quality outdoor spaces.

• Install custom landscape designs according to plans and specifications
• Assist with hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, etc.)
• Perform softscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, sod, and irrigation components
• Prepare job sites through grading, excavation, soil preparation, and material handling
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
• Follow project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

• Previous landscape installation or construction experience (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, materials, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
