Brookside Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Richmond, KY community. If you re an experienced apartment maintenance professional with an HVAC certification and you re looking for a stable company that values your skills, we d love to speak with you.

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
• Maintain the grounds, buildings, and community amenities
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance

• HVAC Certification required (EPA Type II or Universal)
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
• Pool maintenance experience
• Additional trade certifications
