Walmart is expanding our workforce across local retail stores and actively recruiting Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technicians. • Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigerator HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Use the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by performing work per Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move between floors, and work comfortably at heights.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration/hvac maintenance.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Salary range: $56,160 – $106,080 per year.
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 (select locations).
