Job Type: Full-Time – 24/7 On Call

Pay Rate: $21-$24/hr – Depending on Experience

• Complete work orders using technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage unit turns by preparing units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle emergencies, including responding to emergency maintenance calls and on‑call shifts when needed.
• Maintain high standards by keeping community units in top shape and documenting work properly.
• Stay certified by maintaining any required certifications for the role.

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependability demonstrated by a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
• Resident‑focused with a commitment to excellent customer service, clear communication, and quality repairs.
• Efficient problem‑solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
