Position SummaryAs a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, resolve technical issues, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in Kentucky and Indiana. Your typical day will begin mid‑morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours.
PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities
- Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment.
- Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative.
- Customer service via on‑site visits and telephone support.
- Assisting in tech sales as needed.
- High school diploma / GED equivalent.
- Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge.
- Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be self‑motivated, self‑sufficient, and able to follow directions.
- Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed.
- Service locations are located throughout Kentuckiana. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrier!!
- A company vehicle is provided. A good driving record must be maintained.
- Be safety oriented.
