We are currently seeking an Equipment Operator for a temporary position (approximately 6 months) located on site in Hardin County, OH.

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment: excavator, tracked dozer, wheel loader, water truck, skid steer, motor grader, backhoe or combination, and other applicable Class I, II, III and IV equipment.
• Perform manual labor in addition to equipment operation, including lifting up to 100 pounds and other construction‑related tasks.
• Work different shifts as required.
• Ensure safe working practices and conditions for the assigned crew.
• Work in confined spaces as necessary.

• OSHA 30‑hour and/or general construction industry training courses.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to utilize operations manuals and manufacturer’s specifications in operating specialized equipment.
• Ability to prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• DOT physical required.
