We are currently seeking a Skilled Laborer
. This is a temporary position (approximately 6 months) located on site in Hardin County, OH
.

The successful candidate will:

• Provide manual labor. May include lifting (up to 100 pounds) or other construction related tasks.
• Provide safe and productive operation of hand and motorized tools.
• Provide safe and productive operation of heavy civil construction equipment including skid steers, drum compactors, wheel loaders, off road dump trucks, and other applicable equipment.
• Utilize safe working practices and perform assigned work in a safe manner meeting client, company, and regulatory standards. Be required to work different shifts.

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• Have knowledge of safety practices and procedures in operating heavy equipment.
• Have the ability to utilize operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications in operating specialized equipment.
• Have the ability to prepare reports and records of work accomplished, time spent, and parts, supplies, and materials used.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a great teammate.
• DOT physical required.
