Wallick Communities in Richmond, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 100% employee-owned team. This full-time role includes 24/7 on‑call shifts and a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
You’ll handle work orders, unit turns, and emergencies, keeping our apartment communities safe and well‑maintained. A valid driver's license and at least one year of maintenance experience with plumbing or electrical knowledge are required.
