BRG Realty Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property communities across Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana. You will help maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC systems and appliances, while ensuring safety and appearance standards for residents and staff.
The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
