Senior HVAC Service Technician

Watson Heating & Air in Richmond, KY is growing and looking for a Full-time Senior HVAC Service Technician to help us continue delivering exceptional service throughout Central Kentucky. You will earn $75,000 to $125,000 per year plus bonuses
. As our Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch directly from home to customer job sites throughout Lexington, Berea, Nicholasville, Danville, Irvine, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities.

Throughout your day, you will diagnose issues, provide professional service, uphold company standards, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism during every interaction. You will communicate clearly with customers, deliver dependable HVAC solutions, and help maintain the outstanding reputation that our team has built across Central Kentucky. Every service call will give you the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while creating a positive experience for customers.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused HVAC professional who takes pride in their work and values professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

• Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license
• Valid drivers license
• 2+ years of full-time service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+years of lead technician experience
• EPA license
• Other certifications like NATE or equal
