HVAC [Service & Maintenance] Technicians
to represent our company while visiting our
Madison, Ohio
clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up with the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes.

• Competitive pay =estimated first-year earnings from$50,K/year!
• 5% commission on anything sold!

• A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored
• Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person)
• Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required
• Must take pride in your work!
• Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required
• Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
• Basic understanding of math/arithmetic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
