Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide – 2nd Shift – CSN – Full Time (CATO Group Home – Cuyahoga County) (250008IT)
ScheduleFull time – 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (2nd Shift).
Responsibilities- Participate in the development of treatment plans.
- Charting, documentation, records, and reporting.
- Organize and conduct patient group activities.
- Transport patients to off‑site appointments.
- Participate in appropriate interventions.
Salary range: $22.60 to $25.77 per hour (OCSEA/AFSCME Pay Range #7). Highlights:
- Pay increase 3% July 2026.
- Shift differential of $0.60 per hour for afternoon and evening shifts.
- Lifelong longevity supplement after 5 years of service.
- Minimum of 17 weekends off per year as per OCSEA union contract.

Additionally, for positions that involve motor vehicle operation, a valid driver’s license is required. STNA certification or listing on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry may be required for certain Veteran Services positions.
