Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

We are recruiting for a Software Engineer role, stationed in Dublin, Ohio, United States. This role is focused on designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, systems, and IT products in line with our business objectives. • Design, develop, and implement software applications and IT products to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to improve our delivery and create robust, scalable applications.
• Utilize knowledge of software languages and application programming interfaces in daily tasks.
• Plan and execute system implementations, ensuring minimal risk of system outages or other negative production impacts.
• Utilize software development techniques, life cycle, modeling of business processes, and application design patterns.
• Maintain understanding of operating systems, databases, application servers, and integration technologies.
• Analyze production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis, and outage root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in system stability and performance.
• Address and resolve system issues effectively and timely.
• Utilize knowledge of various technologies including Java, Python, Cloud Technologies, and others in daily operations.
• Maintain a passion for creating robust, scalable applications and working on high-performing teams.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and other relevant programming languages.
• Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• Solid understanding of database structures and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud technologies and operating systems.
• Familiarity with software development and software engineering principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Knowledge of business process functions and business requirement documentation.
• Understanding of computer hardware and its interaction with software.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and improve operations and procedures.
• Experience with monitoring tools for system health checks.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives.
• Knowledge of scalability and how it impacts system performance.
• Experience with policy planning processes within a software development environment.
