CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Weekly CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We’ve built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience)
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience)
• Clean DOT Inspection:
  Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• Sign on bonus for true teams: $8,000 ($4,000 per driver) – must have previously teamed together for 90 days; FL and CA based drivers excluded.

• Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Optional Life, Optional STD/LTD, and Flexible Spending Accounts starting 60 days of active service (1st day of the month following).
• Eligible for 401(k) plan after 180 days of active service.
• Deadline for electing benefits: must elect within the specified windows; if missed, must wait until next open enrollment.

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.
• No critical accidents in the last year.
• No DUI in the last four years.
• Must be a true team: pre‑matched team required.
