Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

- Lead all station operations, sales, customer service, and administration to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage P&L, budgets, KPIs, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and safety.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high‑performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management.
- Build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and expand existing accounts.
- 5+ years of freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation experience; oil & gas logistics experience required.
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
- HAZMAT/dangerous goods logistics experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
- Proven ability to improve processes, drive performance, and grow business.
- Knowledge of oil & gas supply chains and HAZMAT transportation regulations preferred.
