Supervisors at Track Tech play a key leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient daily operations while managing teams, equipment, and project execution in alignment with company policies and strategic goals. This position involves overseeing workforce performance, coordinating material and fleet logistics, and promoting the use of internal systems to drive operational excellence and accountability.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
Learn to estimate and propose maintenance scopes of work as derived.
Responsibilities may also include interviewing, selecting, and hiring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; conducting performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards with the collaboration of the Upper Management Team.
Ensure maintenance of fleet equipment: haul trucks, crew trucks, MOW equipment, track tools, etc.
Schedule material and equipment deliveries.
Execute leadership aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Ensure Track Tech processes and procedures are met, promoting system use within the organization.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, field management systems, and willingness to improve on skills related to Track Tech systems.
Demonstrate problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in operational issues, resulting in effective resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and business associates clearly, concisely, and professionally.
Professional integrity and accountability.
Job Requirements2 plus years experience in the railroad industry preferred. Will consider less depending on the type of equipment operated.
Railroad industry experience, including track maintenance and construction, preferred but not necessary.
Ability to efficiently carry out instructions.
Knowledge of occupational hazards and the necessary safety precautions needed for the work being performed.
CDL Class A or B preferred.
