Compensation and Schedule- Team drivers — Earn More, Run More
- Pay:
Average team gross $200,000/year - Sign On-Bonus: $1,500 till the end of January, 2026
- Average team gross: $4,000/week
- $0.80 CPM split / $0.40 CPM each
- 5,500+ miles per week — sometimes more depending on freight
- Drivers out 2–3 weeks
- 80% dedicated freight
- 100% no-touch dry van
- 24/7 dispatch and roadside support
- Strong, consistent miles
- Reliable home-time planning
- Modern 2023+ trucks
- Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt, International
- Inverters, refrigerators, APU/bunk heaters
- Samsara ELD
- Pre Pass + major fuel cards
- Pet-friendly
- 2 pets allowed per team
- Consistent routes, stable freight
- Strong home-time planning
- 3 2023+ Freightliner, Volvo, International trucks
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience
