• Prepare service estimates and explain repair options to customers.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of automotive services and repairs is an advantage.
• Nice to have:
  Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role.
