• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have:
