Hourly Wage

Hourly wage will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location: $15 - $28 per hour.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be earned. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may also be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area and maintain a clean and safe environment.

Tuition, books and fees are paid entirely by Walmart.
