5 QUALITITES WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN OUR FUTURE EMPLOYEES
- Hard working, focused, driven and must be able to work the Night Shift (3rd Shift)
- Mechanically inclined and able to run heavy equipment (Bulldozer, Backhoe, Excavator) a plus
- Must be able to be flexible with their schedule – we are dependent on the weather
- Must be able to work easily with different leadership styles – In the beginning you will be put on many different teams with different leaders
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and SAFETY focused environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Driver's License (Class B minimum)
- Valid Medical Card
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
- To perform duties of this job, this person must have good people skills and a positive attitude
