• Provide timely, professional care coverage when needed, ensuring clients receive continuous support.
• Act as a Care Co ambassador by introducing our services to new clients and maintaining effective communication.
• Assist with scheduling adjustments and adapt to changing needs to deliver exceptional care.

• Prior experience in PCA or CNA roles within in‑home care settings.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow care plans.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules and work weekends as needed.
• Professional communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Valid CNA certification.
• Two forms of valid identification.
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll.
• Attendance at a mandatory, paid in‑person orientation.
