About our Agency

Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I’ve built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way. We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals.

Giving back is important to both me and our team. Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team-building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. We also attend an annual conference, offer a Simple IRA, and pay for licensing up front. Our culture is family-oriented and very supportive of the family unit.

We believe in discipline, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high integrity. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, tech‑savvy, and committed to doing things the right way. If you’re ready to grow in a supportive, experienced office that values both performance and family, this could be a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $ per year
