A local childcare organization is seeking a Lead Teacher for their after school programs in Richmond, Texas. The Lead Teacher will oversee the safety and supervision of around 18 students, guide them during activities, and ensure compliance with Child Care Licensing. This role involves interacting positively with parents and staff while managing activities from 2:00 to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare and strong communication skills.
