Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I’ve been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I’ve built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way. We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals.
Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team‑building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. We also attend an annual conference, offer a Simple IRA, and pay for licensing up front. Our culture is family‑oriented and very supportive of the family unit. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vahn Doctolero - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
